Blogger Bot

Does anyone understand this thing? I'm usually pretty computer savy but I can't get it to upload any pictures to my blog. I'm sending them through and it's been four hours but it still shows as sending. The picture I'm sending is only 500kb so it shouldn't be taking more than a minute.
