Make millions from the comfort of home
That's right, you to can be a millionaire! No large start up fees, and no education is required. This is not a gimmick. You just need a couple of extra hours a week, and the desire to be rich! Trust me folks I would not lie to you. I was once poor, and living from paycheck to paycheck. Now, I live in my dream home, own a yacht, and have to Ferraris. You two can have everything you desire. If I could do it, so can you. All it takes it a $300 payment to me, to learn my secrets.
Hmmm. Sound familiar? Yeah it does to me to. How many pop up ads, spam e-mails, or infomercials have you seen promising these fantastic results. I received two when I turned on my computer. I actually clicked on one just to see what it said. It was promising 'proven stock winners'. This portfolio will return you over 100% a year. The monthly report would only cost me $299 a year. Do a lot of people fall for his? I mean if this guy is returning a 100% profit, why does he need to solicit me? Why isn't he rich? Maybe he doesn't have the capital. Well wouldn't his family, friends, and co-workers want to invest with him after seeing his fantastic returns? I mean if this guy really outperforms the market by such wide margins, why isn't he running a billion dollar hedge fund? Well the answer is obviously that he isn't returning the results.
The offers that really get me are the ones that are promising these ridiculously large returns via no down payment real estate purchases. First off, who the hell is selling all these houses with no down payments? Has anyone ever done a mortgage? Even if you are financing 100% you still need money for closing costs. And why are these people all selling for less than market value, and carrying over payments for you? It doesn't make a lot of sense. But let's gloss over the fact that these things don't happen in reality. If they really did work wouldn't the people peddling these be fantastically rich? If Jo Schmo on the infomercial went from making $30 grand a year to $30 grand a week, wouldn't the person who developed the method be doing even better? Wouldn't they be one of the richest people in the US or even the world? Why haven't I heard of them? Ok maybe they are hiding their wealth from the world (But probably not, since they are broadcasting it on national TV). And if these people are such good businessmen why would they be selling their secrets for so little? Wouldn't it make more sense to hire people out to work their systems? Couldn't they have Joe Schmo work directly for them? By paying Joe $100k a year (I'm sure he would be happy to go from 30k to $100k), they could put the 1.5 mil Joe would have made directly into their own pockets. That seems like a better business model than to sell the system for a couple hundred dollars. 1.5 mil or $200? That may be a hard decision for the people buying the systems, but it should be for the people who developed them. Ok, Well maybe they are just philanthropists. But if that's the case, why are they even selling the secrets. Why don't they just give it away?
Well the answers to the above are all pretty obvious. The schemes don't work. The people are making their money by selling these products, not by using them. The people that they prey on are the desperate and uneducated. I assume a lot of the people that buy these systems, may know they aren't going to work. But they are unhappy in their lives, and the chance to make a lot of money is worth it. Maybe they are out a couple of hundred dollars, but it's better than missing out on that cool million. Well you can either feel sorry for them, or get rich off them.
