Sayanora Apartamento

So I decided to take the plunge and purchase a house. Ok well a condo, but it's a start. I mean spending twice as much on a small condo as my parents house is worth is a good idea right? I feel like I am getting to the age that I need to start doing things like this. I thought of purchasing last year but thought everything was drastically overpriced. Now everything is just that much more expensive. With the tax write off, and the appreciation in Cali the homes are worth the price. Although, with my luck the market will probably crash once I purchase. I haven't picked the exact place yet, but my plan is to be in escrow on something within a month.
